Personal Information Collected

How does my personal information impact on me if I am a parent or child?

If you are a parent, we require the disclosure of certain personal information to enable your child access to the order upon delivery to the school.

We do ask for your child’s name and class during the checkout process, so the school knows exactly who the fundraising order belongs to.

If you are a child, you need to ask a parent or caregiver for their consent before providing personal information.

We encourage you to monitor your child’s online use, caution your child before providing personal information.

Can I use a pseudonym for my child?

Yes you can if you would prefer.

You can use a pseudonym when adding your child’s name in the checkout process during a fundraising event, but we will definitely need the right class information, so your order goes to the correct teacher to be handed out.

Pseudonyms and Order Responsibility

At All 4 Screenz, we are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy throughout your shopping experience. As part of our Microfiber Screen Cloth Fundraiser, we offer the option for parents to use pseudonyms when making purchases. This allows you to contribute to our school's fundraising efforts while maintaining your privacy.

Pseudonym Usage: By selecting the pseudonym option, you can confidently support our cause without revealing your child’s personal identity. We understand that privacy is paramount, and we are pleased to offer this discreet alternative.

Lost Orders and Responsibility: However, it's important to note that if you choose to use a pseudonym, All 4 Screenz cannot be held responsible for any lost orders. While we strive to ensure a smooth purchasing and delivery process for all our customers, tracking lost orders back to individual pseudonyms can be challenging.

Teacher Notification: For a seamless experience, we recommend informing your child's teacher if you decide to use a pseudonym for your order. This proactive step helps us coordinate the delivery and ensures that your order reaches you in a timely manner. In stating that, we do require the students correct class information. Example - 1C
